What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of technicians in the production of advanced composite structures.
Strategically plan monthly production operations to achieve OTD goals and performance targets.
Instill a culture of quality and safety, upholding standards unique to composite manufacturing.
Develop and mentor production Leads/Supervisors to enhance leadership skills and facilitate cross-training.
Drive Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
Utilize data-driven analysis and KPIs to direct and optimize advanced composite manufacturing operations.

What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of experience in advanced composite manufacturing, including at least 3 years in leadership.
Mastery of ERP and MES systems with practical application of NPI processes, Lean principles, and change management.
Proven ability to transition products from development to production grade manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship for high-performing teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with superior organizational abilities.
