Product Quality Manager - Vision Pro

What you'll do

• Develop measurement technologies and control strategies to meet ambitious specifications at scale.
• Implement quality inspection tools for cosmetic and dimensional part evaluations.
• Compile data to set appropriate limits and variables for process and part specifications.
• Lead activities to balance high-quality standards with scalable production yields.
• Drive corrective actions and present quality performance updates to cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of industry experience in product development or high-volume quality manufacturing engineering
• BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent field
• Experience developing measurement technologies and control strategies for large-scale production
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier audits for quality standards
• Proficiency in data analysis to set process and part specifications limits
• Direct experience partnering with functional engineering teams and building relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
