Product Manager Lead

What you'll do

• Define synchronization strategy to align platform capabilities with phased commercial product releases.
• Establish robust data contracts and signal definitions for GTM orchestration and automated clearing/shipping motions.
• Ensure separation of frontend/user experience logic from analytical and intelligence-generation layers in the core Platform Engineering.
• Translate high-level business problems into detailed technical specifications, data schemas, and engineering acceptance criteria.
• Build, scale, and operationalize new intelligence development PODs to achieve rapid technical deployments.
• Standardize operational SLAs and monitor pipeline latency/signal quality for direct correlation with commercial adoption and revenue outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise data platforms or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and data models.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in defining operational SLAs for data contracts and ensuring service quality.
• Strong background in market analysis, competitive assessment, and fact-based data interpretation.
• Agile POD management experience with a focus on rapid deployment and sprint-based execution.
• Superior communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
