What you'll do

  • Balance user experience with security, privacy, compliance, and platform scalability in all decisions.
  • Perform competitive analysis to generate innovative product concepts.
  • Translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences for account systems.
  • Use data, experimentation, and research to improve sign-up funnel, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Establish clear success metrics and monitor performance across the entire account lifecycle.

What we're looking for
