Familiarity with telemetry and observability tools is desired to optimize platform performance based on usage data and traffic patterns.

What you'll do

  • Drive the execution and lifecycle of Twilio's core APIs for robust governance, security, and high performance.
  • Build friction-free workflows and interactive sandboxes to enhance developer integration and testing experiences.
  • Shape how AI agents interact with Twilio’s Edge Platform by executing features that enable autonomous API discovery and execution.
  • Design interfaces allowing seamless collaboration between human developers and AI agents in application management.
  • Ensure consistent, secure, and unified gateway experiences across the Twilio platform without compromising reliability.
  • Use data to deliver proactive troubleshooting, automated error handling, and contextual routing at the edge.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of Product Management or technical entrepreneurial experience.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on API consumption and building experience.
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows and toolchains for seamless integration.
  • Ability to manage tactical execution while ensuring extreme reliability at the edge.
