What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in product development or R&D.
  • Experience with formulated chemical products like liquids, blends, coatings, and specialty materials.
  • Knowledge of formulation chemistry including additives, solvents, surfactants, and emulsions.
  • Proficiency in supporting product lifecycle documentation such as specifications, formulas, SOPs, BOMs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using experimental design, statistical analysis, and data-driven methods.
  • Experience with mixing, batch processing, filling, packaging, and related manufacturing operations.
