We are seeking a Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Design team at Lucie Health Marketplace, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools that enable brokers and consumers to evaluate and enroll in healthcare coverage. Ideal candidates possess a robust visual design portfolio and experience designing complex intake systems or CRM tools, leveraging modern workflows and AI-assisted tools like Claude Code alongside Figma. You will need strong skills in user research, prototyping, and translating requirements into simple UI solutions while maintaining high-quality standards for interactions and our design systems. This role requires expertise in healthcare space considerations such as accessibility and ethics, with a focus on delivering scalable and consistent experiences across the Lucie suite.

What you'll do

Design and ship tools that power how brokers and consumers evaluate healthcare coverage.
Shape the broker experience by contributing to features from discovery through delivery.
Develop deep user understanding to inform product strategy and solutions continuously.
Lead or contribute to workshops, vision activities, and presentations as needed.
Maintain high quality standards for experiences and design systems across products.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile interfaces
Experience managing stakeholders directly
Strong visual design portfolio
Ability to work autonomously across multiple technical domains
Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Figma
