Principle Portfolio Planner

What you'll do

• Independently leads the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for complex security-focused products.
• Builds value propositions and business cases to bring innovative security products to market.
• Synthesizes market requirements into detailed marketing and customer information using deep industry knowledge.
• Guides stakeholders on portfolio strategy throughout all lifecycle phases, from planning to exit.
• Creates goal alignment and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize product margins.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in a relevant technical field.
• Extensive business acumen and financial performance metric analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of security protocols for data center infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive complex projects across functions.
• Technical knowledge and training capability specific to product areas.
• Experience with market requirements definition (MRD) and customer segmentation.
