What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading complex UX research in AI or technical ecosystems.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods for ambiguous problems.
  • Experience crafting research strategy to influence product direction without formal authority.
  • Technical proficiency in developer tools, AI platforms, enterprise software, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills for leadership, customer, and partner discussions.
  • Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, UX Design, Engineering Design, or equivalent practical background.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, runtimes, APIs, performance tooling, and technical ecosystems.
