  • Experience with quantum device development, error correction, measurement/control hardware, or similar advanced domains.
  • Demonstrated success in leading external research partnerships and working with semiconductor supply chains.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies like Agile and Azure DevOps for data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D.) in a relevant field or equivalent applied experience in quantum or cryogenic hardware.
