- BS or MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience leading a product from research to commercial availability.
- Proven ability to manage teams with a collaborative and empowering approach.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Expertise in AEC industry data schemas and standards, including Autodesk products.
- Experience building scalable AI-based solutions for AEC workflows.
