What you'll do

  • Lead complex technical delivery programs for Oracle’s strategic OCI customers and high-priority AI workloads.
  • Translate customer demand and capacity plans into executable delivery plans with clear milestones, risks, and success criteria.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across multiple teams to ensure alignment of customer priorities and fulfillment readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, technical dependencies, and capacity constraints early in the process.
  • Develop and manage delivery operating mechanisms including program reviews, risk assessments, and leadership reporting.
  • Improve Technical Delivery governance, tooling, and repeatable processes for better execution and accountability.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management and cloud infrastructure delivery
  • Proven ability to translate customer demand into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and dependencies
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, managing teams across Customer Management, Engineering, Operations, etc.
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks, developing mitigation strategies for complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels
  • Hands-on experience in data center or network engineering is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams across multiple regions
