- Establish telemetry standards and ensure consistent instrumentation across teams.
- Build coalitions and resolve misalignments across broader Microsoft engineering/product groups.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience with success in building and operating complex systems.
- Proficient coding skills in C#, Python, JavaScript, and React for full-stack development.
- Experience designing and shipping AI/ML GenAI solutions including RAG, LLM orchestration, and agentic workflows.
- Expertise in architecting cloud-native, distributed systems at scale with reliability and performance focus.
- Strong cross-team influence and communication skills to drive alignment across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Ability to work hands-on with engineering fundamentals for prototyping, debugging complex issues, and architectural investigations.
