  • Ensure operational excellence by coordinating responses to incidents and live-site issues.
  • Use customer data to identify areas for improvement in Windows reliability and performance.
  • Establish engineering practices for design reviews, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex diagnostics using debugging tools and performance analysis.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of technical engineering experience in C, C++, C#, or Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Windows environments
  • 3+ years of mentoring and coaching engineers in technical roles
  • Experience in customer-facing roles focusing on service reliability and escalation management
