What you'll do

Automate asset and lifecycle management processes including end-of-life tracking.
Design and implement automation for incident, problem, and change management workflows.
Integrate AI into operational workflows to improve incident triage and root cause analysis.
Ensure clean, automated data flow across enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and LeanIX.
Build dashboards for real-time visibility of lifecycle risk and incident patterns.
Develop standardized automation patterns and playbooks for EOL activities.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in automation, integration, or software/platform engineering.
Strong background in AI tools including Azure, Claude Code, OpenAI.
Proven ability to simplify complex operational processes through workflow automation.
Expertise with APIs, scripting, and software development using Python/JavaScript.
Experience with ServiceNow for development, configuration, integration, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern automation frameworks, preferably Azure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
