What you'll do

  • Define and drive multi-year technical vision and architecture for Fintech Risk Platform.
  • Lead design of end-to-end risk decisioning systems including transaction processing and fraud detection.
  • Establish real-time and batch risk pipelines to deliver consistent, low-latency decisions across ecosystem.
  • Design platforms handling billions of transactions with sub-second risk decisions at extreme scale.
  • Champion integration of advanced ML models into risk workflows for proactive prevention and autonomous decisioning.
  • Own key business metrics such as fraud loss rate reduction and customer churn due to risk decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience building and scaling complex distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend technologies (React).
  • Proven track record of technical leadership in large-scale financial or risk/fraud systems.
  • Strong experience with AI/ML systems for real-time decisioning and model integration.
  • Expertise in risk analytics, fraud detection strategies, and Fintech compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data technologies including Python, SQL, and streaming frameworks.
  • Exceptional ability to align technical decisions with business priorities and financial outcomes.
