What we're looking for

  • Over 15 years of software engineering experience with at least 8 years leading multi-layered organizations.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale risk and fraud platforms.
  • Strong ability to influence business KPIs like loss rate, approval rate, and customer churn.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and real-time decisioning systems.
  • Demonstrated experience driving enterprise-wide strategy across multiple teams and domains.
  • Exceptional skill in partnering with executive stakeholders and bridging technical and business domains.
