What you'll do

  • Lead technical teams in designing, deploying, and managing VMware infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing hybrid cloud VMware infrastructure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting hybrid cloud deployments including storage, networking, and compute.
  • Ability to lead technical teams across multiple time zones and cultures effectively.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD integration, and automation scripting.
  • Expertise in IT cost management, FinOps, TCO analysis, and cloud spend optimization.
