What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Doctorate in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
  • Deep expertise in quantum materials development and mesoscopic device fabrication.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional technical programs.
  • Experience with process integration across complex semiconductor or quantum device stacks.
  • Demonstrated skill in translating experimental data into engineering decisions for qubit performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with yield engineering, variability reduction, and scaling challenges in advanced semiconductor environments.
