As a Principal Product Manager in the Business & Industry Copilots group at Microsoft, you will lead the multi-year strategy and vision for AI-led voice capabilities within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, shaping how enterprises modernize customer engagement. What you'll do
Own the multi-year strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-led voice capabilities in Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
Lead end-to-end product execution for cloud telephony, IVR, real-time voice AI, and post-call analytics.
Contribute to broader Microsoft voice strategy by partnering with various teams for integrated enterprise experiences.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in product management, service management, program management, or software development.
At least 4 years of experience launching contact center or CCaaS product features to market.
Proven ability to improve customer-facing SaaS or CCaaS solution metrics over 6+ years.
Experience delivering differentiated product capabilities that compete with established CCaaS platforms.
Leadership in setting the strategic direction and vision for AI-led voice products.
