As a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Foundations at Zip, you will lead the development of core capabilities such as authentication, security, and data governance that power trust and compliance across the company. Your daily responsibilities include defining strategic roadmaps for multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and anomaly detection, ensuring robust enterprise-grade permissions and access controls, and collaborating with engineering to deliver high-quality foundational features. You will also partner with GTM and customer teams to address complex organizational needs and drive the design system roadmap to improve developer velocity. This role requires expertise in platform-level products, cloud infrastructure concepts, BI tools, data warehouses, and strong technical fluency to translate complex constraints into clear product decisions.
Lead the authentication and security roadmap, including MFA and multi-IdP SSO.
Define data governance strategy and drive reporting and insights capabilities.
Own enterprise-grade permissions and access controls for complex structures.
Partner with GTM teams to address high-value customer requirements.
Lead design system and component library roadmap for web and mobile.
What we're looking for
4-8+ years of product management experience in platform, security, identity/auth, RBAC/permissions, data governance.
Strong understanding of SSO/SAML, OAuth, MFA, and enterprise authentication patterns.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and ability to partner effectively on architectural decisions.
Experience using BI tools and shaping how data is modeled and presented to customers.
Technical fluency in translating complex constraints into clear product decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
