As a Sr. Principal Product Manager on Circle's product team, you will drive the growth of developers and users on Arc Network and Circle’s platform products by embedding into the crypto ecosystem and collaborating with data scientists, designers, engineers, marketing teams, and other PMs to structure growth initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include defining growth loops for developer adoption, expanding usage of Circle’s platform products like Arc Hub and Wallets, enabling user adoption of new consumer products, and building network effects across chains and protocols. You will also create scalable growth systems by partnering with data science and engineering teams to instrument funnel analytics and iterate on features that convert sign-ups into active users. With deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and exceptional communication skills, you will lead cross-functional execution at scale, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of innovation and user empathy.

What you'll do
Drive strategy and execution to scale developer and protocol adoption on Arc Network.
Identify friction points in developer journeys and design experiments for meaningful adoption of Circle’s platform products.
Develop awareness and viral loops for the adoption of new consumer products by Circle and partners.
Build product mechanisms, APIs, and growth strategies that create compounding value across chains and protocols.
Instrument funnel analytics and usage telemetry to iterate on features that convert sign-ups into active users.
Coordinate with PMs to ensure cohesive developer experiences and maximize platform stickiness and liquidity growth.
What we're looking for
10+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms
Proven track record of shipping complex infrastructure products
Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem including L1/L2 chains and stablecoins
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Ability to define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products
