  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Microsoft and ISV executives to track commitments.
  • Align partner capabilities with platform needs in AI, data, storage, networking, and observability.
  • Drive executive alignment on priorities and outcomes with structured handoffs and risk identification.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or ISV/partner management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across large, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience handling escalations and delivering execution outcomes with accountability.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for translating business and technical inputs into executive insights.
  • Stakeholder management skills including engagement with senior executives.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and modern AI platforms like Azure's AI offerings.
  • Understanding of ISV ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, and partner go-to-market strategies in cloud environments.
