Silvus Technologies is hiring a Principal Product Line Manager to lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF sensing capabilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this role involves driving market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer engagement to refine product requirements and guide investment decisions across communications and sensing domains. The ideal candidate will have a background in defense technology, with expertise in RF systems, sensors, and tactical UAS, and experience engaging military operators and industry stakeholders. Key responsibilities include translating mission needs into scalable product capabilities, managing the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, and evangelizing the product to various stakeholders. This role requires technical fluency in areas such as software-defined radio platforms and mesh networking, along with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements and demonstrations.

What you'll do
Drive the product from prototype stage to a scalable, sellable, and operationally viable product.
Lead market research and competitive analysis to refine product/market fit for EW and RF sensing applications.
Engage directly with end users and customers to uncover pain points and use cases for tactical EW sensors.
Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and drive development priorities across communications and sensing domains.
Evangelize the product with stakeholders, including military end users, integrators, and prime contractors.
Own the product roadmap and collaborate with engineering, business development, and leadership to align priorities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8-12+ years of experience in Defense technology product management roles.
Proven ability to engage with military operators and defense industry stakeholders.
Strong understanding of defense acquisition cycles and user needs discovery.
Technical familiarity with RF systems, sensors, and tactical UAS.
Experience as a product evangelist or spokesperson, both internally and externally.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, uncertain, and agile environments.
