What you'll do

Provide strategic advice on organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management for senior technical leaders.

Execute critical talent management cycles, including performance reviews and calibration sessions, to cultivate a high-performance culture.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in HR or related field, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
Proven track record coaching and mentoring senior technical leaders (VP/SVP levels).
Expertise in organizational design for complex global engineering structures.
Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
Experience working in high-growth technology companies and R&D functions.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Political savvy and the capability to navigate matrixed environments.
