The Principal IT Infrastructure Program Manager is a senior leader within the Value Management Office, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale technology initiatives. This role involves leading large-scale infrastructure transformations such as cloud migrations, network modernization, and data center upgrades, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and scalable in a regulated environment. The individual will manage vendor relationships, track budgets, and integrate ITSM systems like ServiceNow to ensure seamless service delivery. Key skills include program management expertise (PMP certification preferred), financial acumen, and experience with cloud platforms and networking technologies. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of IT experience in pharmaceutical/biotech settings with FDA regulatory exposure or a related master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives including cloud migrations and data center upgrades.
Ensure secure and compliant delivery of critical technology platforms in regulated environments.
Drive structured program execution with milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Design scalable managed service models and lead vendor onboarding for operational readiness.
Establish governance frameworks to manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
What we're looking for
Over 6 years of IT experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with FDA regulatory exposure or equivalent education
Proven track record managing enterprise infrastructure programs across cloud, network, and data center environments
Experience leading system/platform migrations and multi-cloud hybrid implementations
Strong program management expertise (PMP certification preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage risk and lead complex cross-functional programs
Financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting
Expertise in ITSM integration and service delivery systems like ServiceNow
