What you'll do

Identify risks and opportunities to meet revenue commitments through actionable insights.
Develop pricing and margin improvement initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
Serve as a key finance contributor to IBP, managing supply/demand alignment and inventory.
Support long-range planning and investment decisions through strategic scenario modeling.

What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or an advanced degree with 5+ years)
Serve as a strategic finance partner to the US Commercial organization, providing revenue analysis and scenario modeling
Lead revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and annual planning for the US business
Develop field revenue quotas and deliver performance-to-quota reporting and analysis
Experience with financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
