What we're looking for
5+ years of experience with Linux systems and low-latency network engineering
Proven delivery leadership in regulated, production-critical trading environments
Expertise in defining ultra-low-latency connectivity strategies using specialized carriers
Hands-on experience deploying and operating electronic trading platforms in collocated facilities
Strong ownership of latency measurement and monitoring platforms to govern performance
Experience with latency observability tooling (e.g., Corvil) for packet-level analysis
Demonstrated capability in engineering specialized low-latency trading networks
