  • Architect agentic workflows using Qualcomm platforms and industry frameworks.
  • Customize vertical solutions to meet customer-specific requirements and constraints.
  • Develop hands-on prototypes and reference architectures that scale to production.
  • Integrate LLMs, VLMs, CV/CNN, NLP stacks, and optimize models on accelerators.
  • Design hybrid AI architecture partitioning workloads across edge devices and cloud.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years experience in AI/ML with deep expertise in NLP and Generative AI.
  • Proven track record architecting systems-level AI solutions combining application, runtime, and platform considerations.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LLM/VLM/CV/NLP model lifecycles including selection, fine-tuning, compression, and deployment.
  • Expertise in designing hybrid AI architectures placing workloads across device/edge/cloud environments.
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python/C++, containerization, profiling tools, and modern inference/runtime stacks.
  • Experience deploying AI systems on edge/embedded/on-prem platforms with model optimization techniques.
