What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of behind-the-meter power generation infrastructure for hyperscale data center campuses.
- Oversee planning, design, construction, and commissioning of onsite power systems including gas plants and substations.
- Manage coordination between utilities, contractors, environmental agencies, and internal stakeholders for complex energy projects.
- Develop and execute temporary and permanent power strategies to support phased campus delivery and operational ramp-up.
- Ensure alignment between power generation infrastructure and data center load growth, commissioning schedules, and readiness milestones.
- Oversee project controls, budgeting, commercial management, and risk mitigation for large-scale energy infrastructure programs.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in behind-the-meter power generation systems, including gas turbine generation and microgrids
- Strong understanding of utility coordination, emissions permitting, and grid interconnection processes
- Experience leading complex infrastructure projects from concept to operational turnover
- Deep knowledge of mission-critical electrical systems and commissioning processes
