What you'll do

  • Define patterns for distributed training, vector retrieval systems, LLM inference optimization, and scalable agent backends.

What we're looking for

  • Deep expertise in architecting distributed AI/ML systems and large-scale compute infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based AI platforms like Vertex AI, Google Cloud AI services, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Hands-on skills in building and optimizing LLM inference systems, embedding pipelines, and model serving frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms and engineering initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with CI/CD systems for cloud-native observability.
  • Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative or engineering discipline preferred, along with 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
