Principal Data Product Scientist, DDSAI Immunology

What you'll do

• Translate data gaps into clearly defined opportunities and business needs for Immunology R&D.
• Act as a data product owner, defining scope, quality expectations, and success metrics for priority datasets.
• Interface between Immunology scientists and data engineering/platform teams to enable clear communication of requirements.
• Coordinate data procurement activities across internal sources and external partners, ensuring compliance with governance controls.
• Ensure shared understanding and execution between cross-functional teams by establishing metadata and lineage documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data operations, product management, curation, analytics enablement, or similar roles
• Experience interfacing with data engineering and platform teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage evolving data demand across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills for complex team environments
• Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences data standards (e.g., OMOP, FHIR, CDISC)
• Comfort operating at the intersection of science, data, engineering, legal, and vendor partnerships
