- Develop and maintain mitigation plans, recovery forecasts, risk registers, milestone trackers, issue logs, and decision records.
- Coordinate long-lead procurement status, supplier readiness, manufacturing alignment, logistics plans, and material flow with project needs.
- Facilitate TPM governance, cross-functional coordination meetings, accountability tracking, and follow-up discipline to improve execution alignment.
- Validate project reporting through field engagement, site reviews, supplier check-ins, and manufacturing status reviews.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction delivery, supply chain, operational governance, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Strong understanding and experience with integrated schedules, cost tracking, risk management, forecasting, milestone reporting, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and material readiness for project execution needs.
- Demonstrated ability to connect project data with actual field conditions and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
