What you'll do

  • Enhance the performance-per-watt efficiency of complex workloads in AI and HPC.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 15+ years of relevant CPU architecture experience.
  • Deep understanding of power consumption, efficiency concepts, and low-power techniques across software, architecture, RTL, VLSI, and process technologies.
  • Extensive experience in RTL development and physical design.
  • Expertise in power delivery/regulators, power gating, di/dt, thermal throttling, and die stacking/packaging analysis.
  • Knowledge of GPU and SOC design, as well as advanced packaging technologies.
