What you'll do

Perform Windows administration tasks under minimal direction.
Maintain system reliability through installation, upgrading/patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
Ensure compliance with Information Systems security guidelines and support Computer Security documentation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure smooth operations of multi-user systems.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination thereof.
Proficient in Windows domains including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions.
Possession of a Secret security clearance with a closed investigation within the last 6 years.
Compliance with Government 8140 requirements for IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+CE).
Experience supporting multiple networks and coordinating with various IT roles under minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain system reliability through installation, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of system processes and procedures.
