Principal Architect – Enterprise Reconciliation Platform

What you'll do

• Own the architecture strategy for enterprise reconciliation, establishing a modern utility model with modular capabilities.
• Lead development of current and target state architectures for Reconciliation Utility Product across various domains.
• Drive resolution of complex cross-domain challenges to deliver long-term scalable solutions.
• Establish enterprise data and integration patterns including event-driven and stream-first architectures.
• Embed AI/GenAI into reconciliation workflows, enhancing automated matching and exception classification.
• Lead application rationalization and capability convergence, optimizing total cost of ownership and ROI.
• Provide architecture governance through design reviews and compliance alignment to ensure adherence to standards.

What we're looking for

• Over 7 years of architecture experience in complex, regulated environments like financial services
• Expertise in data architecture, integration patterns, and high-volume transaction processing systems
• Experience designing cloud-native, event-driven architectures with microservices and APIs
• At least 2 years integrating AI/ML and GenAI into operational workflows for automation
• Deep knowledge of event streaming technologies and real-time data processing frameworks
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform transformations in financial services
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
