What we're looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics or related field with relevant work experience (6+ years)
- Deep expertise in machine learning, large language models, and agentic system development
- Proven track record of designing and shipping ML solutions across various data domains
- Experience in optimizing and scaling ML solutions for real-world business use cases
- Strong technical leadership skills in managing data science projects or groups
- Hands-on experience with programming languages in a production service environment
- Publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals preferred
