As a Manager in PwC’s Data and Analytics team, you will lead consulting engagements focused on reimagining end-to-end Pharma/biotech gross-to-net processes, including pricing strategy, market access, contracting, and broader revenue management capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving process transformation and digital solutions for revenue management, utilizing scenario modeling and forecasting techniques to inform decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work with clients to identify market opportunities, manage cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and develop GTN models using Anaplan and other ERP systems such as SAP BRIM, Vistex, Model N, Revitas, and iContracts. Additionally, you will translate business needs into technical designs, manage the build and deployment of GTN models, and collaborate with Finance, Market Access, Trade, and IT teams to institutionalize GTN governance and insights. This role requires a blend of consulting and industry experience in pricing and market access within pharmaceutical companies or top-tier consulting firms, along with expertise in US payer/channel economics and proficiency in analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.

What you'll do

What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or top-tier consulting firms.
Blend of consulting and industry experience in pricing and market access within pharma.
Excellent understanding of US payer/channel economics, including rebates and managed care.
Proven experience with Anaplan model building for GTN forecasting and revenue planning.
Experience with GTN and ERP systems (SAP BRIM, Vistex, Model N) and analytics tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence at senior levels.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and deliver high-impact client outcomes.
