What you'll do

  • Implement and troubleshoot complex PKI systems and related tools.

  • Mentor junior team members in troubleshooting and system maintenance tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide training for remote Trusted Agents on PKI.

What we're looking for

  • Mastery of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technical areas and broad expertise across multiple systems.
  • Experience with PKI technologies including RCVS, OCSP, Certificate Authorities, and token card management for 2FA.
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and senior managers.
  • Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow to track and resolve customer incidents.
  • Ability to work independently on technical solutions and mentor junior team members.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required or willingness to obtain.
