What you'll do

Research and design innovative PVI mechanizations for tactical cockpits.
Brief and train test pilots on aircraft capabilities and PVI solutions.
Simulate, refine, and evaluate PVI solutions for various aircraft subsystems.
Design and document PVI mechanizations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide subject matter expertise to support studies on aircraft operations.
Work closely with customers through engineering design reviews and simulations.

What we're looking for

Recent operational or training experience in modern military aircraft as a pilot.
High-level knowledge of 4th and 5th Generation fighters' mission systems.
Experience in designing, simulating, and refining PVI solutions for tactical cockpits.
Ability to brief and train pilots on aircraft capabilities and PVI mechanizations.
Strong oral and written communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Demonstrated experience with DoD Top Secret security clearance preferred.
Weapons School or Instructor pilot experience beneficial.
