- Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms to support seamless adoption in pharmaceutical workflows.
- Embed governance and security considerations throughout the design and deployment of AI systems.
- Mentor team developers and contribute to raising overall generative AI maturity within the organization.
What we're looking for
- Significant hands-on experience building production software and applied AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and agentic workflow design.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and modern AI engineering practices.
- Ability to lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilot projects, and scale solutions into production-ready capabilities.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with existing platforms, data sources, and workflows for seamless adoption.
- Track record of delivering reusable architectural patterns and technical standards for Generative AI systems.
