What you'll do

  • Define hardware architecture and board-level design strategy considering test, qualification, SI, and PI requirements.
  • Design schematics, perform PCB layout, conduct power simulations, and select components for high-speed systems.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers on PCB placement and routing to optimize signal and power integrity performance.
  • Determine appropriate PCB materials and stack-up while addressing DFM issues with vendors.
  • Lead comprehensive PCB design reviews and ensure adherence to strict performance and reliability standards.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in high-speed PCB and substrate design.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in digital, analog, and power circuit design.
  • Proficiency with PCB design rules, stackup management, and constraint handling.
  • Experience in DC-DC power conversion design and analysis.
  • Hands-on use of lab equipment for measurement and testing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
