What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical (EEE) Parts or related field.
  • Experience guiding the successful completion of significant projects and multi-discipline team efforts.
  • Broad knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes (PMP) & Specialty Engineering requirements for high-reliability military programs.
  • Proven skills providing technical and administrative direction to other employees.
  • Willingness/eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance - US citizenship required.
  • Experience balancing multiple, competing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
