What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Solution Sales specialists to achieve Azure Consumed Revenue growth.
  • Set and execute CAIP go-to-market strategy, translating Microsoft's AI priorities into actionable plans for the team.
  • Coach team members on solution expertise, partner engagement, and value-based selling techniques.
  • Guide partners in leveraging Microsoft programs and incentives to drive customer outcomes at scale.
  • Own ACR accountability, pipeline health, and execution excellence across the Corporate segment.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.
  • 5+ years of informal and/or formal people management experience.
  • Direct people-management or sales-leadership experience with coaching and developing quota-carrying sellers.
  • Solution-area depth in AI Agents, Business Solutions, or Business Applications.
  • Experience selling through a partner ecosystem with co-sell motions and partner-led growth.
  • Strong cross-group orchestration skills and executive presence for internal stakeholders and leaders.
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for leading teams through the change of the AI era.
