As an Oracle Identity & Access Management Engineer at GDIT, you will join the Hosting, Operations and Maintenance team supporting CMS’s HIGLAS program. Your daily responsibilities include administering and maintaining Oracle Identity Management applications such as OAM, OID, and OIG, providing support for IAM continuous monitoring activities, and developing system documentation. You will also troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments, manage user access provisioning, and collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure security controls are effective. The role requires expertise in Java coding, REST and Java APIs, authentication mechanisms like SSO and MFA, and hands-on experience with Scheduled jobs, Adapters, Event handlers, and BI Publisher reports. You must have 5+ years of IAM domain experience and a strong understanding of SQL queries and LDAP directories.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and administer Oracle Identity Management application, including OAM, OID, and OIG.
  • Support IAM continuous monitoring activities for new and removed identities, access changes, and privilege escalations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation such as SOPs and configuration guides for IAM tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIG/OAM in production and non-production environments.
  • Implement and customize authentication mechanisms like SSO, MFA, and identity federation using Oracle IAM tools.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • Expertise in implementing, maintaining OIG/OAM 12c components and OID 12c.
  • Proficiency in Java coding with OIG/OAM APIs for custom development.
  • Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms like SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC.
  • Experience with LDAP directories (OID, AD) and BI Publisher reports management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to OIG/OAM in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Manager 12c including WebGate deployment.
