Northeast Physical Security Lead

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction for physical security across multiple Anduril sites in the Northeast.
• Oversee performance and management of contracted guard forces to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular comprehensive physical security assessments at all Northeast facilities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and enhanced security protocols.
• Manage regional physical security budget, ensuring efficient allocation and financial reporting.
• Lead investigations into physical security incidents and report findings to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in physical security management.
• Demonstrated experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in conducting comprehensive security assessments and developing mitigation plans.
• Experience managing security budgets and overseeing contracted services performance.
• In-depth knowledge of physical security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of crisis management principles and incident support experience.
• Relevant security certifications such as CPP or PSP preferred.
