  • Direct system performance analysis and tuning activities to ensure efficient configurations.
  • Guide automation and orchestration using modern tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
  • Must hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and one other advanced certification.
  • Experience in team leadership, project management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to automate implementation and configuration of ServiceNow technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell for integration tasks.
