What you'll do

  • Manages data flows using workflows to support customer-to-support team communication.
  • Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration tools.

What we're looking for

  • Five years of experience as a Developer in similar programs and contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (Security+).
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, including ITSM suite implementation.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix System Administration and managing Self-Hosted ServiceNow instances.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies for application UI design.
