Networking Lead - NVIS New Product Introduction

What you'll do

• Evaluate networking changes and communicate their impact on field operations to maintain robust workflows.
• Define detailed networking requirements for new product introductions of GPU-based compute platforms.
• Validate advanced network designs including Ethernet, InfiniBand, NVLINK, ensuring they meet customer deployment needs.
• Craft clear architectural and design deliverables for the field organization, including standardized workflows and configuration examples.
• Support NPI team by bridging gaps, tracking progress, and aligning collaborators in product development.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in IP routing, internetworking, LAN switching, Linux systems, infrastructure automation, OpenStack, VMware ESXi, VXLAN overlays, or data center network design.
• Deep expertise in modern data center networking and BGP EVPN over VXLAN architectures with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation, validation, and workflow optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of network management tools (SNMP, syslog, Telegraf) and troubleshooting best practices.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Customer-first attitude with self-motivation and proactive leadership in cross-functional environments.
