What you'll do

  • Lead a team of over 20 Leidos and subcontractor personnel across various technical roles.
  • Direct daily operations for enterprise network infrastructure services including routing, security, and VoIP.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Leidos, DISA, and customer stakeholders for operational status updates.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through incident analysis and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a BA/BS or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant technical leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse technical teams including subcontractor personnel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in leading enterprise network operations, telecommunications, or infrastructure services.
  • Active Secret clearance required (U.S. Citizenship necessary).
  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate across multiple organizations and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Preferred: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
